Lily believes she is finally found her niche in life with the young chieftain warrior, but must persuade him they belong together as he willingly sacrifices his love to keep her safe even if that means 2008 San Francisco. Veronica Wolff provides an entertaining romance starring two likable protagonists who want the best for their beloved.
