With a nod to Trevor Hoyle’s late 1970s Professor Q books (See The
Gods Look Down, Seeking the Mythical Future and Through The Eye of Time), Superposition is an intriguing
science fiction whodunit that rotates between the Up and Down Spins. The split interrelated subplots and the
science supporting them make for a brilliant tale in spite of knowing much earlier
than the bi-hero what is going on and perhaps as important what is not. Fans who prefer science in their SF will want
to read the tale of the two Jacobs as the protagonist(s) affirms that a person
can be in two places at the same time in the strange world of quantum physics.
