In Cairo, General Budawi, head of State Internal Security Intelligence, enters a café to meet with a man protected by Egypt in Secret Service. A bomb explodes killing Budawi. Before leaving the operative murders the café owner. The dangerous man with no face terrorist, the Palestinian, brutally has announced a new front that caught the Western and Middle Eastern Intel groups napping.

The CIA, fearing something catastrophic is coming as evidence points to a plague killing millions, assigns rogue outsider Scorpion to hunt down and if need be kill the Palestinian. Overseeing Scorpion’s efforts and that of others is CIA National Clandestine Service Deputy Director Bob Harris. Scorpion is provided information on a need to know basis; with Harris being the one to define when to give information. This handicaps the mercenary patriot as he plays chess against another grandmaster with checkmate involving millions of lives.

The return of Scorpion after a two decade respite will excite fans of action-packed espionage manhunts. The storyline is faster than the speed of light as the plot opens with an assassination and never stems the flow of blood while the captured audience anticipates the confrontation between two vigilant vigilantes as each believes their side is in the right.
